The fuel transfer system allows the following functions to be performed:

•Manual & Automatic fuel transfer from bulk tanks to day tank

•Auto levelling of fuel in day tanks(s)

•Fuel system commissioning.

•Communicating with BMS via Modbus protocol.

•Audible and visual alarms including leak detection system

•Remote Fill

Components:

•OFINAC fuel controller – provides a comprehensive and complete control solution for fuel forwarding and laundering systems. Has in-built Human Machine Interface (HMI).

•Bulk Tanks (SFL: 2,000 to 100,000L) – Single or double skinned, Fire rated Bulk Tanks available, M/S Enclosed pumps cabinet & control box mounted

•Remote Fill Points – Standalone Stainless Steel Remote Fill Cabinet with fuel level display and alarm for remote fill

•Day Tank (Standard SFL:1,000L)

•Fuel components also include

– motorised valves,

  – standby & duty transfer pumps,

– overfill prevention,

– level switch,

– downdraft vent,

– flow switch,

– non-return valve,

– foot valve,

– fuel filters & strainers,
